subkonto_smerf_400In order to gather funds necessary to finance Kacperek’s operation, in Lower Silesia Foundation for the Development of Heath Protection in Wroclaw has been established an additional sub account, SMURF.

Money raised in this way can only be devoted for purposes defined in the Statute – which means saving life and health. We kindly ask You to start making donations.

Every single penny - even a small amount of money - shall shorten the sufferings of our little child.

The day of settlement with tax office is incoming. From this year procedure of giving 1% of tax on charitable activities is easier. The only thing you must do is to mark in PIT and charity organization that you want to get the donation. Transfer is made by the tax office, account:
